The following terms and conditions apply to all design services offered by Twist Interactive Design. By requesting services from Twist Interactive Design you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions, whether or not you have been provided with a copy.

Copyright

James Cottis, owner of Twist Interactive Design, owns the copyright of all content, materials, logos and design elements from within www.twist-id.co.uk, unless otherwise stated. These elements may not be copied, reproduced, rewritten, published or altered in any way without written permission from James Cottis.

On completion of any commissioned design work, full copyright is passed to the client once payment has been received in full. However, Twist Interactive Design retains the right to use the final artwork in any portfolios or for marketing/advertising of our services, both on and offline.

The copyright of any earlier concepts or design ideas that may have been supplied to you to preview remains with Twist Interactive Design. We retain the right to use such initial concepts in future projects.

Price Changes

Twist Interactive Design reserves the right to change prices at any time without notice. However, if a client has already commissioned any services from Twist Interactive Design prior to any change in prices, that commission will not be subject to any increase, but any subsequent commission may be subject to an increase.

Cancellation Rights

You have a right to cancel your order at any time. In the event of cancellation you will be invoiced for the cost of the work carried out so far based on our hourly rate. If no work was completed, you will not be charged.

Payment

Twist Interactive Design accepts payment by cheque, bank transfer, credit or debit card via Paypal or cash, within 14 days of the date on the invoice.

Twist Interactive Design reserves the right to withhold final design files or withdraw all web pages until full payment has been received. If an invoice is overdue by 2 months or more, we shall suspend the website without notice and a charge may be made for it to be reinstated.

Any payment returned by our bank will incur a £30 administration charge. This will be invoiced and added to the outstanding debt owed by the customer.

Recommended Suppliers

Twist Interactive Design may recommend third party suppliers to work along side us on your design project. These may include printing firms, copywriters and web developers. Twist Interactive Design will not be held responsible for any problems or delays that may occur from using suppliers recommended by us.

Security

Twist Interactive Design uses firewall and virus checking software to ensure the security of any emails or files we may send to you, from the external threat of hackers and virus infection.

Design Service Terms

Twist Interactive Design reserves the right to refuse to commit to any project that we may judge as unfit due to content or otherwise.

The acceptance of a project shall be deemed as a contractual agreement between the client and Twist Interactive Design. We cannot always guarantee to start work immediately on a project but will inform the client of estimated timescales upon acceptance of the project.

Photographs, images and text supplied by the client must be the clients own or licensed for use by the client. Twist Interactive Design cannot be held responsible for any breach of copyright or any other right caused by reproduction of materials supplied by the client.

The copyright for all material provided by Twist Interactive Design, such as graphics, photographs and text, will remain the property of Twist Interactive Design until full payment has been made.

Privacy Policy

Twist Interactive Design is committed to protecting your privacy. Any information we collect from you is used only to process your order and to provide you with the best possible service.

We will not email you in the future unless you have given us your consent or there is a problem with your website which we need to address. We will give you the chance to refuse any marketing email from us at any point in the future. The information we will collect from you in order to work on your design project includes your name, address, phone number, and email address. If you have arranged your own hosting, we will also require access to an FTP account on your domain in order to upload/maintain your website.

The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies, please let us know and we will delete or correct it promptly.
